Budget for the whole journey
Separate the cost of reaching Hainan from Poland from spending on the island. For a foreign-airport departure, add ground travel and an overnight stay. Compare like-for-like baggage, meal and transfer inclusions. The cheapest ticket is not always the cheapest journey.
Accommodation and food
Your budget depends on the bay, season and hotel standard. Check taxes, breakfast, deposit and cancellation terms. Distinguish local restaurants, tourist venues and hotel meals rather than assuming a single daily rate.
Transport and excursions
Include airport transfers, journeys to attractions and the return trip. For excursion quotes, check entrance tickets, guiding and meals. Leave a contingency for changed plans.
CNY and PLN
Compare local prices in CNY. When converting to PLN, note the date and source of the exchange rate and include bank fees. An indicative rate is not necessarily the rate applied to your payment. Consult the current NBP tables.
